About this item

• Sizing by thigh measurement: Measure circumference 6 in above the center of the kneecap; 7XL/8XL fits 31.5-35.4 in thighs; select by actual measurement, not clothing size
• Adjustable wraparound fit: Three wrap sections allow separate adjustment across the upper, center and lower areas of the brace for different leg shapes
• Stay-put design: Silicone grip lining helps limit sliding and rolling during walking, standing, climbing stairs and other everyday movement
• Structured daily support: Open patella design and flexible side stabilizers provide additional structure while allowing comfortable movement for errands, gardening, travel and household tasks
• Breathable comfort and skin notice: Breathable 3D compression fabric is designed for everyday wear; this product contains silicone, so users with known sensitivity should wear it over thin clothing and stop use if irritation occurs
