About this item

• EASY TO USE AT HOME – Strengthen your knee at home. Simply loop the strap around your foot or ankle, grip the padded handles, and guide your leg through safe, controlled movements right from your bed, couch, or floor—perfect for daily at-home rehab between appointments.
• REGAIN KNEE MOBILITY FASTER – Designed to help post-surgery patients rebuild strength and function after knee replacement, ACL repair, or meniscus surgery. The adjustable strap assists in lifting and positioning the leg, making it easier to perform doctor-recommended movements even when mobility is limited.
• IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY & RANGE OF MOTION – Gently stretch and mobilize stiff joints with controlled, assisted movement that helps break up scar tissue and reduce stiffness—key to restoring bend and extension in the knee during recovery.
• COMPACT & PORTABLE DESIGN – Lightweight and foldable, this strap fits easily into a bag, suitcase, or drawer, so you can continue your recovery routine at home, at the gym, or while traveling—rehab doesn't have to stop when you're away from the clinic.
• VERSATILE FOR PT & OVERALL FITNESS – Not just for surgery recovery—this multi-use strap doubles as a stretching and mobility tool for yoga, dance, sports conditioning, and general flexibility training, making it a long-term addition to your fitness routine.
• INCLUDED EXERCISE GUIDE – Comes with an easy-to-follow guide featuring recommended stretches and movements, so you know exactly how to use the strap safely and effectively from day one—no guesswork required.
